Garry Nash

Garry Nash has been working with hot glass since 1978 and is one of the "granddaddies" of the studio glass movement in New Zealand. He joined Sunbeam Glassworks in Auckland in 1981 as a full-time glass artist and acquired ownership of Sunbeam seven years later. He has often blown in the hot shop adjacent to the gallery and we have been privileged to see him work there. Garry has returned to blowing glass after a six year break, and we are delighted to have his work in the gallery again.
