Lynden Over

Lynden is one of our glass artists who studied under Keith Mahy at Northtec  and then worked in the glass studio here for several years before moving to Taupo and opening Lava Glass studio and gallery. Lynden's Volcanic Series is his signature range in which he continues to explore the geological landscape of New Zealand. These innovative works are created using a layering technique where trails of liquid glass create coloured landscapes that have a rich, painterly look. Each piece is individually made, creating a totally unique work of art.
